- 24 Oreo Cookies Finely Crushed
- 8 oz Cream Cheese Softened
- 8 oz chocolate dark, milk, or white, for coating
Make the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine crushed Oreo cookies and softened cream cheese. Mix until smooth and well-combined.
Form the Truffles: Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a lined baking sheet.Chill: Refrigerate the truffle balls for about 30 minutes to firm up.
Coat in Chocolate: Melt the chocolate in a microwave or double boiler. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, using a fork to fully coat, then place them back on the baking sheet.
Set and Serve: Allow the chocolate to set completely in the refrigerator. Once set, the truffles are ready to serve.
